Very unprofessional and rude service! We asked for a fitness certificate through WhatsApp, explaining we stay 100 km away — but they did not respond at all. Instead, they only told us to come to the hospital without any proper guidance or communication. This shows zero respect for patients’ time and lack of basic communication. I do NOT recommend Pristyn Care to anyone. Choose a place that respects patients and answers their questions.
Extremely poor and careless service from Pristyn Care. We requested a fitness certificate through WhatsApp, but they did not respond at all. Instead, they simply said to come to the hospital without giving any proper explanation or guidance. Travelling 100 km is not easy for everyone. Ignoring messages and refusing to communicate properly shows complete lack of responsibility towards patients. This kind of behaviour from a healthcare provider is unacceptable. I strongly warn others NOT to go for Pristyn Care. They do not respect patients’ time and do not bother to respond.
I contacted Pristyn Care online for my father’s fistula treatment, but it turned out to be very disappointing. They act more like brokers than a proper hospital. The operation was not handled in a proper or professional manner. There was misbehavior, delay, and no proper care from their side. We had paid ₹50,000 in full cash (not through insurance), but the service and treatment quality were extremely poor. Please don’t trust this hospital. It’s better to look for other, more reliable options for treatment.
