Initially they want us to admit in one hospital and then they keep on changing the hospital by saying room not available. Pathetic customer service too
⚠️ High Alert My friend had a fissure and went for a checkup at your clinic. You attract patients by offering Discounted consultation, but after the checkup, the doctor said it was an emergency and forced him to undergo surgery within two days. We became suspicious because another doctor had already said it was only an acute fissure. Later, we tried Siddha treatment, and even though he had chronic pain, it was cured within a week. It has now been two months, and he is completely fine. This shows you are scaring patients and pushing them into unnecessary surgeries just to make money. Imagine if old people or patients who fully depend on doctors believe your words — they will suffer for no reason. ? What you are doing is not just wrong, it is a sin.
I had worest experience. I visited this hospital with severe pain and doctor examined and said to go for immediate surgery but due to CAD medication, postponed to 4days. Doctor has not even given medication for these 4 days. Their objective is to do surgery. Keeping in mind thier objective, next day I have taken second opinion from doctor who is having 20 years of experience in this field and there I got results that NO surgery needed. If you visit this hospital, please prepare yourself for surgery.
