I had a very disappointing experience at Pristyn Care Zoi Hospital, Dharam Karan Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The treatment and overall patient care did not meet my expectations. The doctors were not available on time, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. The billing section was also very poorly managed. The MOD's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. I was especially disappointed with a staff member named Laxminarayana. In my experience, he showed very little concern for patients and seemed to focus more on financial matters than on patient care. Overall, I felt that the hospital prioritized money over patient well-being. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hospital to others.

I had my surgery at Pristyn Care’s Zoi Hospital, and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout the experience. From admission to discharge, everything was handled seamlessly. The medical team was highly skilled, and the support staff ensured I was comfortable and well-informed at every stage. Special thanks to Dr. Danish for his expertise and to Gagan for his consistent backend coordination—it made a real difference. The nursing staff at Zoi Hospital were attentive to every detail, creating a reassuring and compassionate environment during my recovery. Grateful to Pristyn Care and Zoi Hospital for setting a high benchmark in patient care. Highly recommended!
