Think Before Choosing Pristyn Care – Zoi Ameerpet The gap between what's promised and what's delivered here is stark and families deserve to know before they commit. **Before admission:** The tele-calling team (Devi) was warm, reassuring, and quick to answer every question. **After admission:** That responsiveness vanished. We were left chasing answers instead of receiving them. **What went wrong:** - **Hygiene:** Rooms were not maintained to the standard you'd expect from a paid facility. - **Billing:** Unexpected charges surfaced with little explanation. Billing manager Mamatha showed no patience when we raised concerns, and our exchange with Laxminarayan was equally unpleasant. - **Discharge:** A process that should take an hour dragged on for 10–12 hours — an exhausting, unnecessary ordeal for an already stressed patient and family. - **Insurance:** Poorly coordinated from start to finish, adding further delay and frustration. **Bottom line:** The sales experience and the care experience are two different things at this facility. Don't let a smooth pre-admission call be your only research. **Before you book:** 1. Get a complete written cost estimate — every charge, in writing. 2. Clarify the insurance process in advance, in detail. 3. Visit and inspect the facility yourself before committing.

⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience at Pristyn Care – Zoi Ameerpet I would strongly recommend patients and their families to think twice before choosing this facility. The experience before admission was completely different from what we faced afterward. The tele-calling team, especially Devi, was very convincing and reassuring before admission, but getting proper answers after admission became difficult. The rooms were not maintained hygienically, and the billing raised concerns about additional/unexpected expenses. Mamatha, the billing manager, was not patient while addressing our concerns, and our interaction with Laxminarayan was also unpleasant. The biggest frustration was the discharge process, which took nearly 10–12 hours, creating unnecessary stress for the patient and family. The insurance claim process was also difficult and poorly coordinated. Overall, I felt there was a significant gap between what was promised before admission and the actual service provided. Please do your homework before choosing this hospital. Ask for a complete written estimate, clarify every additional charge and insurance procedure, and check the facility yourself before admission.

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before Choosing This Hospital My experience at Pristyn Care, Zoi Ameerpet, Hyderabad was extremely disappointing. Before admission, the tele-calling team, especially Devi, was very convincing and made everything sound smooth. But after admission, the support and response were completely different. The rooms were not properly hygienic, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. The billing was unclear, with concerns about additional charges and expenses. Mamatha (Billing Manager) was not patient or willing to properly listen to our concerns, while my interaction with Laxminarayan was also unpleasant. The discharge process was extremely chaotic and took almost 10–12 hours, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience to the patient and family. The insurance claim process was also difficult due to poor coordination. Overall, there was a huge difference between the smooth promises made before admission and the actual experience afterward. My sincere advice: do thorough research, clarify all charges and insurance terms in advance, check the hygiene standards, and consider other hospitals before making your decision.

⚠️ PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING PRISTYN CARE – ZOI AMEERPET, HYDERABAD I am sharing my experience so that other patients and their families can make an informed decision before choosing Pristyn Care at Zoi Ameerpet, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. My experience was extremely disappointing, particularly with billing, discharge, communication, and insurance coordination. ? Different experience before and after admission: Before admission, the tele-calling team—particularly Devi—was very polite and reassuring. Everything was explained and presented very positively. However, after admission, getting proper responses to questions became extremely difficult. The level of support I experienced before admission was completely different from what I experienced later. ? Billing concerns: I was not satisfied with the billing process. There were concerns regarding additional charges and expenses, and I felt that the billing was not explained transparently enough. The billing manager, Mamatha, was particularly disappointing in my interaction. I felt she was not willing to listen patiently to our concerns or properly address our questions. ? Staff behaviour: My interaction with Laxminarayan was also very unpleasant. His manner of communication came across as aggressive and lacking patience, which added further frustration during an already stressful situation. ? Discharge process: The discharge process was chaotic and poorly coordinated. The polite and smooth experience provided during admission was completely different from what we experienced while leaving the hospital. Patients and attendants should not have to deal with unnecessary confusion after completing treatment. ? Insurance issues: The insurance claim process was also unnecessarily difficult and stressful. There was a lack of proper coordination and clarity, leaving us to deal with additional confusion during an already difficult time. Overall, my experience gave me the impression that customer care is given high priority before admission and while seeking positive reviews, but the level of support significantly changes once the patient is admitted and treatment is completed. I am posting this review publicly because I don't want other patients or families to face the same kind of experience. Please do your own research, clarify every charge and insurance condition in writing, and compare other hospitals before deciding to get treatment here. A hospital should provide transparency, patience, respectful communication, proper billing, insurance support, and patient care from admission until discharge—not just until the payment is made or a positive review is received. Based on my experience, I would personally not recommend this facility without thoroughly checking all the above aspects beforehand.

⭐ 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. We took my sister to Pristyn Care by Zoi for a toenail surgery because she had an infected toenail with pus and was already in severe pain. We were specifically directed to this hospital because her office insurance was supposed to cover the procedure. What followed was 17 HOURS of absolute chaos, incompetence and harassment and the actual problem was NEVER EVEN TREATED. The nursing care was shocking. The nurses repeatedly struggled to draw blood properly, resulting in my sister having her blood taken FOUR SEPARATE TIMES from four different veins/sites. She was already in pain, yet had to endure repeated painful needle attempts. She was also sent for an X-ray and ECG, but we were not properly provided with the reports. On top of this, we were made to run between floors for THEIR billing and administrative requirements. Why should a patient and her family be made to do the hospital’s internal running around? Then came their insurance team’s completely unacceptable behaviour. Mayank from their insurance team repeatedly pressured and harassed us and insisted that we stay, even though the doctor had already left the hospital WITHOUT performing the surgery. The doctor himself told us he would not be coming the next day because it was Sunday, yet Mayank kept insisting that he would somehow “force” the doctor to come. We simply wanted to take my sister home after an entire day of waiting without treatment. Instead, we were made to feel like we were not allowed to leave. They even gave us a room despite us not wanting to stay and charged us for it. This felt less like patient care and more like being trapped in their administrative mess. And the MOD, Sameer, was absolutely unacceptable. His behaviour was aggressive, intimidating and domineering, the kind of attitude you expect from someone trying to bully people into submission, not from a hospital manager dealing with a patient and her family. There was no professionalism, empathy or basic courtesy. The complete lack of coordination between the doctor, hospital staff, management and their insurance team was unbelievable. Nobody seemed to know what was happening, and somehow the patient was expected to suffer because of THEIR inability to coordinate. After 17 HOURS, we finally left. We paid ₹10,000+ out of pocket, despite coming there specifically because we were told the procedure would be covered by insurance. And after an entire day at the hospital: NO SURGERY. NO TREATMENT FOR THE INFECTED TOE. NO PROPER REPORTS. ₹10,000+ SPENT. FOUR PAINFUL BLOOD-DRAW ATTEMPTS. A ROOM WE DIDN’T WANT BUT WAS ADDED AND FORCEFULLY CHARGED FOR. When we finally reached home, my sister was still in considerable pain and bleeding from the blood-draw sites, while the infected toe remained completely untreated. This wasn’t just an inconvenience. It was 17 hours of unnecessary suffering caused by an unbelievable level of mismanagement and unprofessionalism. A hospital should make a patient feel safe and cared for, not pressured, intimidated, harassed and trapped in its own insurance and billing problems. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRISTYN CARE BY ZOI TO ANYONE. If this is how they treat patients who come in for a relatively straightforward procedure, I genuinely question how they expect people to trust them with more serious medical treatment. Absolutely unacceptable.
