Extremely disappointed with the service, hidden charges, and a 7-hour discharge. I had a highly frustrating experience at this hospital. Initially, I was quoted an estimate of around 63k, but the final amount was unexpectedly increased. The discharge process was a complete nightmare and took a exhausting 7 hours just to finalize. When we asked for clarifications regarding the bill, they tried to mislead us by claiming the insurance/claimed amount was less than it actually was. It was only after I presented concrete proof of the actual claimed amount that they backtracked and admitted I was owed a 2k refund. Instead of handling this efficiently, they made my mom run around between the 2nd floor, 5th floor, and multiple other departments just to sort out the discharge and refund. Making a patient’s family go through this after a medical procedure is entirely unacceptable. Their customer support is virtually nonexistent—I was repeatedly given the runaround with zero resolution. The coordinator, Shabreen, was highly responsive and helpful before the surgery, but completely ignored my calls and messages the moment I brought up the refund. This hospital seems more focused on extracting money than providing patient care. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place for any kind of treatment.
