This hospital messages and calls are really irritating me it is creating headache to me

Dr. Abdul Moied Mohammad is a very disappointing doctor. My husband had his piles treated with laser surgery in March at TX Hospital, and even now, he has still not fully recovered. After the surgery, there was no proper care, and his condition actually worsened. Whenever I called or visited to explain the problems, instead of helping, the doctor scolded us, which added to our stress and fear. I still remember the day of the surgery at TX Hospital, and it terrifies me to think about how careless they were. Thankfully, my husband eventually got somewhat better, but the experience was extremely stressful and traumatizing. Even though he is a Muslim, his behavior was extremely unprofessional and cold. Honestly, my regular stomach doctor would have been far better. Even a veterinarian would have provided more compassionate care. He seems to care only about money, and I would not trust him even for his own family. If you go to him for surgery, whether directly or through Pristine Care, you should know that proper care may not be provided, and recovery may remain incomplete. My husband is still suffering from complications months after the surgery in March. I strongly advise everyone to avoid him at all costs.

This organisation is a scam. It doesn’t exist, they put up fake appointments and then spam call. I’ve received over a 100 calls in a one month period and when I booked an appointment before there was no doctor.

This is a fraud company they had debited my account after 3 years with the amount of 6640.00 we had a surgery in 2022 they had shared NOC in 2022 now we had given them debit authority they had debited my account without any information. Please don't expect any support customer care. They will fill their words then and thier on call their was a guy vijay solonki who left the company now I'm going through this they won't have mangers on floor to take calls or handle client issue. Big Big scam company don't trust thier agent words non of them stay long period in thier company too. Biggest mistake I took their service don't trust either their words or promises given by their agent or thier customer care

They give first Discounted consultation and if you have insurance suggest for a surgery says you need pay few thousands of rupees and rest will cover by insurance. Once it's processed there won't be any proper response from them

Firstly doctor misdiagnosed and suggested for a surgery at Madhapur. When patient refused go for surgery, a dedicated call center team focused on how to convince the patient. My suggestion- don't fall for a trap and specifically don't share your number.

Avoid TX Hospitals, Banjara Hills – Worst Experience Ever! This hospital is a nightmare! Right from admission, everything was a mess. Despite a pre-planned surgery, we waited 1.5 hours just for paperwork. The room was filthy, with hospital waste dumped in huge bins right outside our door and used plates left at the entrance. Even the storage lockers meant for patients were being used by hospital staff! The staff is completely irresponsible and unresponsive. After my father’s surgery, we waited hours for a basic sponge bath, and when a ward boy finally arrived, he casually asked if I had wet wipes! This hospital lacks basic hygiene, management, and patient care. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay far away!
