I was disappointed by my follow-up person named Badre Sai Amrudh who abandoned me at the time of payment. Initially at the start he told me that Insurance will cover the amount but at the time of discharge the Hospital management was asking me to pay the amount of Laser which was deliberately not added in package amount which was sent to my Insurance team by hospital's billing team and they were asking me to pay that amount. Despite of having my Insurance covered I've paid the amount from my pocket. Dr. Abdul Moied did a great job coming to surgery and especially I would rate him 5. But coming to Amrudh and pristyn billing team iam very angry and frustrated and disappointed. I won't suggest any one from my side to approach pristyn. Try to be transparent with patients and I would appreciate if this feedback makes any change.
