I have consulted Dr. Pruthvinath for haemorroids. First of all the consultation room isn’t great and didn’t like the hygiene and ambience at all. Doctor seems money minded and started saying this is Grade-3 and need surgery. Ofcourse I went for one more opinion and that is in AIG. In AIG, they said surgery is not needed and they gave medication which had worked like miracle.. so I do not recommend this clinic and doctor.. Now after few weeks, Prystn care person consulted saying there is offer running on the surgeries and all.. I think it is better to avoid this Pystn care atleast for consultation. Only when your second opinion doctor confirms surgery, then if you think the doctor isn’t money minded, then only go for it. I don’t recommend this doctor Pruthvinath and Prystn care

Disgusting hospital and worst customer care service literally unworth pristyn care

They will call you 100 times before the appointment but after the service they wont bother to pick up call or help the patient. I took one medicine given by them then threw up the whole day which was 15-20 times i vomited. Tried reaching the doctor to get help but the coordinator never got back. They asked me to visit hospital again with that condition . I regret visiting the clinic

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Suri Naidu from Pristyn Care for his exceptional support throughout my entire treatment journey 5* for him. From day one, he was extremely responsive, professional, and always available to clear my doubts. His swift replies and continuous follow-ups made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He guided me at every step with patience and genuine care, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed. His dedication truly stands out. However, I would honestly mention that apart from the care consultant, I did not receive the same level of response or support from the hospital staff, nurses, or the ground management team. Communication and assistance from them could definitely be improved 3* for them. That said, Mr. Suri Naidu’s commitment and support made a huge positive difference in my overall experience. I would highly recommend others to go with Mr. Naidu for proper guidance and reliable assistance. Truly awesome support!

We had met the doctor at Pristyn care and didn't find the treatment convincing,hence we had consulted a different hospital. But for the past 1 month I am receiving calls on my number asking for the MRI and further treatment,I had already informed that we are taking treatment in a different hospital and need not call us back. This has become like a marketing strategy even in medical field. Shame on you guys to do such kind of business. I would recommend and never visit this place for any treatment.

Don’t fall in the trap of prestien care reimbursement policy if u have insurance. Prestien care has unprofessional care coordinators and try to push for admission with false promises for their targets to reach. I had a procedure happened on 24 jan 2026 . Providing this review after facing multiple challenges at the time of discharge , I am regretting myself to opt for Prestien group of hospitals. With the final bill charge it’s almost 3 times of original estimate ,you can go for major hospitals in Hyderabad if u really want to use insurance.

Very bad, very commercial, 1st visit consultation charges then surgery and post operation review again consultation charges. No visit by operated doctor during the stay in hospital.
