One of the worst hospital in Hyderabad. Especially the coordinator Mr Maddela Gagana Chandra. Vry disappointing experience with Pristyn care hospital. I would not recommend Pristyn care of you are looking for reliable coordination and patient support. I have spend 45k here for circumcision surgery. But, not at all satisfied. Again visited other Hospital.

Very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. I was admitted for a circumcision surgery. I am from the JNTU area and initially spoke to a coordinator, Mr. Gagan, expecting to be admitted to a hospital(Range Hospital )close to my home. Instead, I was guided to Pristyn Care’s hospital in Ameerpet, which required me to travel around 11 km unnecessarily, even though there were hospitals much closer to my location. Before the surgery, Mr. Gagan assured me that he would be available at any time for assistance and would support me for 10 days after the procedure. However, once I was discharged, he completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. It was very disappointing to be left without the promised post-operative support when I needed assistance. My overall experience with the coordination and patient support was poor. I expected better communication, transparency, and follow-up from Pristyn Care. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Pristyn Care to anyone looking for reliable patient coordination and aftercare.

I am writing this review to report the fraudulent, misleading, and unethical practices carried out by Pristyn Care and Medicover Robotic Surgery Care Management. What I experienced was not just miscommunication—it was a combination of medical negligence, false assurances, and financial exploitation. I reached out to Pristyn Care after seeing online claims that they offer laser treatment for ingrown toenails, which is minimally invasive and less painful. Having suffered a painful ingrown toenail surgery last year (where my complete nail was removed), I wanted a more advanced and less painful option this time. Their coordinator, Anshika Tripathi, assured me over a phone consultation—without any physical doctor evaluation—that: I could get the surgery the very next day It would be a 10–20 minute laser procedure I would be discharged the same day The total cost would be under ₹30,000, covered by insurance These promises were made without even seeing the condition in person, which itself is medically irresponsible. ❗ What Actually Happened — The Reality Was Disturbing 1. Sudden Cost Escalation: Final Bill ₹47,000 The promised ₹30,000 suddenly became ₹47,000, with no transparency. The amount was disclosed only after the surgery. 2. Zero Coordination at Medicover Hospital Upon arriving at Medicover: The admission took 3 hours No staff member had any information about my scheduled surgery I was made to run from desk to desk in pain Medicover staff repeatedly said they were not informed by Pristyn Care This shows a complete lack of communication and responsibility between these two organisations. 3. Neglect of Basic Patient Needs I had been fasting since the previous night. Even after repeated requests for: Water Glucose Any basic food or fluids No one responded for hours, and staff themselves had no idea about the surgery time. Suddenly at 3 PM, I was prepared for surgery, and I was taken to OT at 4:30 PM without any explanation. 4. Fraud: Promised Laser Surgery but Performed Open Surgery I was assured laser treatment, but the doctor performed an open surgery using a scalpel. There was: No explanation No clear consent No discussion about why laser wasn't used This is misleading, unethical, and dangerous. 5. Unnecessary Overnight Stay & Overcharging Though the procedure took barely 15–20 minutes and I was supposed to be discharged same day: They deliberately delayed the discharge Forced me to stay overnight Inflated the bill unnecessarily Charged ₹2,400 for a cup of milk and two basic meals I was forced to walk between floors with fresh surgery pain just to handle paperwork. ❗ Worsening Health After the Procedure The most painful part is that even after going through this traumatic experience, I am now suffering from acute toe pain and infection due to the procedure performed by the doctor. The wound is worsening instead of healing. I am attaching photographs as proof of: The infection The swelling The post-surgery complications caused solely by their malpractice This shows that the surgery was not just mishandled—it has now severely affected my health. Conclusion: A Complete Scam Would a simple cut on a toenail—without any laser—ever cost ₹47,000? Absolutely not. Both Pristyn Care and Medicover Hospital have shown: False promises Medical negligence Poor coordination Hidden billing practices Unqualified handling of patients Zero concern for patient safety I strongly advise everyone to stay away from both Pristyn Care and Medicover Hospital. My experience has left me in more pain than before the surgery—and now with an infection I never had earlier. Healthcare should heal, not harm. Unfortunately, my experience with these organisations was nothing less than a nightmare.

They don’t have doctors available anytime you call them. They will try to avoid you by saying doctor is not available in your region.

Incapocapiated staff, rude and spoke in english while we were conversing in telugu .Wondered if they were qualified to begin with. The admin staff that was connected to Amor hospitals was also useless and we had to call off the surgery due to their irresponsibility. If youre looking to claim insurance and plan on getting a safe procedure ,head in a different direction!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. I trusted them to manage my father's kidney stent removal surgery, believing they would ensure quality care and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They admitted my father to a hospital that turned out to be extremely poorly managed, with only one operation theatre available. Most concerning, they gave false information during the admission process and promised that a specific senior doctor would perform the surgery. However, without informing us, the procedure was carried out by a junior doctor because the assigned doctor was on a "family emergency." What’s even worse is that no one from Pristyn Care or the hospital bothered to inform me about this change either before or after the surgery. I only found out when I asked my father how the procedure went. Upon confronting Pristyn Care, they casually brushed it off with excuses and showed no sense of responsibility. Thankfully, my father is fine and the procedure was a minor one—but that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. This kind of negligence could have led to much worse in a more serious situation. I strongly urge anyone considering Pristyn Care to be extremely cautious. Always double-check everything, especially the hospital they assign and the credentials of the operating doctor.

I underwent surgery at raghavi hospital through prystyn care, first my coordinator (Ansika tripati)told me cost of surgery is 35 k but they deducted 55k from my insurance and when I asked y, she replied if cask 35 k as it is insurance so 55k, so i questioned her y can't u told pre surgery, she replied that they are expecting patients will aware of this Really good at making money by cheating ?? but that money will be useless when one is in high emergency
