Absolute worst! Worst consultation by Pristyn Care - Heavy attitude problem customer care - Pathetic behaviour - Disconnecting calls without even talking fully. Overall a worst health choice You have Yashoda etc..,where customer is treated with respect, not with attitude like Pristyn. I won't recommend this to anyone who is coming here from Google. See the recent reviews, you know it's real condition. Absolutely worst.
if you have insurance they will suggest first to surgery and once it's processed then no response from them. they say provide cab and food for patient but nothing finally it's from our pocket
The doctor is also very good at explaining all the details and procedures. Her patiently explains everything till we are totally satisfied and after consulting is also very satisfactory.
Pristyn Care hospital people's are now started fraud call's business..... We have completed our treatment(Hernia) in March 2020. Now they're threatening us payment was not done yet and they are going to be legally on us. They threatened us last year and before last year as well... We have submitted all the proofs. Still they're threatening.... Treatment total amount was Rs:71,876/- (this amount we know 2 years later) They charged us Rs:96,000/- (At the time of discharge). We request them to return back the extra paid amount of Rs:24,124/- they are not responding. Simply every year they threaten us continuously as The treatment amount was not paid....... If the amount was not paid then how they discharged patient from the hospital? Note: I strongly recommend not choosing Pristyn Care hospital for any treatment. If the patient is sensitive he will die after 2 years. Because they will start threatening the patient's....

My comments before you wanted to get any treatment done by pristin care. I have been recently got my surgery done the surgery from pristin care network hospital TBH docter was very good and very experienced docter over all very supportive also. My only concern here is do not fall for pristin care people words there major agenda is to loot insured people. The coordinator are the worst men and they do not stay upto the mark and words they literally make you go in wrong direction You will be going through lot of discomforts when you are about to move with pristin care. Dont go through pristin care network hospitals better go to the people who have there own buidling and own surgeons, cuz here and there u might face lot of issues with these pristin care hospital.
