**Very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care – Archana Hospital** I had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care and Archana Hospital due to poor coordination, lack of transparency, and unexpected billing. A medical coordinator contacted me with a Discounted consultation and quoted ₹25,000 for the surgery. When I asked for the maximum possible cost, I was assured it would not exceed ₹30,000. I was also promised cab facilities for pickup and drop, and since it was a day-care procedure, I was informed that discharge would be completed within 3–4 hours. However, none of these commitments were fulfilled. No cab was arranged, the coordinator was not reachable, and the hospital staff/customer care team said they were not responsible for the cab facility. The surgery was completed on time, but after that, I was kept waiting for several hours without proper updates. It appeared that the discharge was intentionally delayed, leading to additional charges despite no additional services being provided. After multiple follow-ups, I received a bill of ₹48,000 and was discharged only around 8:30 PM. When I questioned the increased cost, the response was that it was the "normal cost" and that the coordinator had provided incorrect information. Instead of taking responsibility, I was blamed for not verifying the cost again at the hospital. Post-surgery support was also disappointing. Before the procedure, I was assured of assistance for dressing and follow-up care, but later I was told that the doctor was not available in my location and I would need to travel to another hospital. The surgery itself was completed successfully, but the overall experience was frustrating due to: * Incorrect cost commitments * Poor communication and coordination * Delayed discharge * Additional charges without clear justification * Lack of ownership from both the coordinator and hospital team I recommend others to be very careful and get all costs and service commitments confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Recently my father had a surgery at pristyncare archana I felt very bad to choose pristyncare for surgery I would never and ever suggest you pristyncare for anu kind of surgery kindly who are looking better go with another option very shame on pristyn care department to have care coordinator like seshu in your team feeling very very worst experience they don't be on there word at all all lie you and also they hide you hidden charges while the time of surgery they will let you know all and after admission care coordinator will never respond your calls immediately before admission they keep on call you but they behave different aftr admission better you can walk in join archana block a rather than pristyn care because they make you fool.

Recently we had a surgery at pristyncare where the care coordinators are selfless half knowledge person before surgery he told us that you have consultation at archana and surgery at zoi hospital then later we had consultation at archana and went to zoi and waiting it been 45 mins still no response from care coordinator they again told us to come archana with urine bag patient had traveled 45 kiometer here itself just because of pristyn care coordinator delay how can they play tith patient on surgery day it a basic common sense why do we are confused and make us confused for surgery hospital and he told surgery will be done on that day but it's not done on that day and also about biopsy he told no need of biopsy but on surgery day they told to pay fee for biopsy they will not let us know hidden charges and finally on that time they will tell you had to pay and patient food is also not given properly most of the time they told food was insufficient and then from zoi to archana we paid money they told they will give us refund and in the discharge time also they told can was booked so we came and waiting at hall again it's been 45 mins the patient was sitting at hall unnecessarily due to the delay of lazy care coordinator again we suffered a lot while discharge as well at last againw e booked cab for our selves they told they will get is refund and now they are telling that we can only refund discharge time cab money only how can they make us struggle in that total journey we had to pay money with our selves and again telling that we won't refund the money totally end of the day they will charge from you lot of hidden charges I had worst experience with seshu pristyn care coordinator and at the first time he told us for second consultation we don't charge single rupee for consultation but for clinical service again at hospital they charged money.

I recently visited Pristyn Care Archana Hospital, Madinaguda, Hyderabad, for a minor surgical procedure, and my overall experience was very positive. I initially connected with Mr. Madhav from Pristyn Care online. He was extremely cooperative, supportive, and guided me clearly through the entire process. I truly appreciate his consistent follow-ups. On the day of the surgery, he checked on me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable and even arranged a drop facility after the procedure, which was very thoughtful. Coming to the hospital experience, the staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hospital was neat and well-maintained, with housekeeping ensuring the room was cleaned multiple times a day. The team continuously reassured me, which helped ease any anxiety before the procedure. Before the surgery, I consulted with Dr. Trivikram, who explained the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner. Everything during the surgery went exactly as he had described, which gave me a lot of confidence and comfort. The food provided was simple yet good and appropriate for recovery. Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend Pristyn Care and the hospital team for their professionalism, care, and patient support.
