I had a very positive experience with Dr. Prudhvinath and the entire team at Pristyn Care Hospital following my surgery. Dr. Prudhvinath was extremely professional, approachable, and reassuring throughout the process. I felt that I was in capable hands and received clear guidance and excellent care before and after the surgery. The nursing staff in the ICU and room were also excellent. They were attentive, caring, and always available whenever needed. They made sure that antibiotics, IV fluids, and other medications were administered on time, and they were very understanding of the patient’s needs and concerns. Their constant attention and support made the recovery period much more comfortable. I would also like to specifically appreciate Nadeem from the billing team. He was very helpful during the discharge process and patiently answered all my questions regarding the detailed billing and related formalities. His assistance made the discharge process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am very happy with the care and service I received. I would certainly recommend Dr. Prudhvinath, and Pristyn Care Hospital to anyone looking for professional and compassionate medical care. 👍

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Patient Experience at Pristyn Care Archana Hospital I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Pristyn Care Archana Hospital. From basic hygiene and room maintenance to nursing care and staff behaviour, there were serious issues throughout my stay. Basic hygiene and room facilities: - There were no toilet rolls available in any of the washrooms. - There were no WC seat covers in the common washrooms. - The bed allotted to me was completely damaged and compressed in the middle, making it very uncomfortable, especially after surgery. - The cupboard in the room was infested with cockroaches. Nursing care: The nursing experience was equally disappointing. Several nursing staff members appeared to lack basic understanding of how to handle a patient with an IV/saline. At times, they pressed directly around the wrist where the saline had been injected, without seeming to understand how painful it was for the patient. More importantly, there was practically no consideration for the patient's need for uninterrupted rest after surgery. I underwent my surgery at around 4 PM and was shifted to my allotted room only around 11 PM. After that, I was disturbed repeatedly throughout the night and early morning: - Around 1:30 AM – nurse came to give medication. - Around 4:30 AM – another nurse came to check on me, despite my brother being present as my attendant. - Around 6:00 AM – housekeeping entered the room, switched on all the lights and started cleaning. - Around 6:30 AM – nurse came to administer saline. - Around 7:00 AM – another housekeeping staff member came to clean the room again. - Around 7:30 AM – breakfast was brought. After undergoing surgery just a few hours earlier, I desperately needed rest, but there seemed to be no coordination between the different departments. At around 8 AM, my brother requested the reception staff to avoid disturbing me for just one hour so that I could get some uninterrupted rest. The behaviour of Manager Sai was the worst part of the entire experience. At around 8:30 AM, Manager Sai came to the room and started arguing with us about why we had asked the staff not to disturb me for one hour. Instead of understanding the condition of a patient who had undergone surgery only the previous evening, he chose to argue with my brother. He even questioned my brother about why he had come late the previous day to attend me during my surgery. I fail to understand why a hospital manager would question a patient's family member about such a personal matter instead of focusing on the patient's care. What made the situation even more disturbing was that the previous day, when my brother had not yet arrived, I was told that an attendant could be arranged for me for ₹2,000. The overall attitude towards money was another major disappointment. It felt like patients were being charged for even basic assistance: - ₹300 if housekeeping takes the patient in a wheelchair. - ₹200 for providing an additional bedsheet. - ₹200 for cleaning the washroom. When a patient is recovering from surgery, basic assistance, hygiene and care should be treated as part of patient service—not as opportunities to collect additional money. Discharge process was also extremely poor. I was supposed to be discharged by around 1 PM, but even after 5 PM, there was still no clear update regarding my discharge. There was no proper communication about the delay or when the process would actually be completed. Overall, this was one of the worst hospital experiences I have had. A hospital should provide patients with cleanliness, comfort, proper nursing care, respectful communication and timely service. Unfortunately, I experienced shortcomings in almost every one of these areas. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and investigates the condition of the rooms, hygiene standards, nursing practices, housekeeping charges and, most importantly, the behaviour of the management staff towards patients and their attendants.

Worst experience with pristyn care no proper guidance with doctor consultation different depart people will let u know different timings and location for doctor consultation if patient is suffering from pain after surgery nobody responds properly everybody tell will connect with doctor and let you know but we need wait for call but they don't and ever give us early solution for any problem wt is the patient is going through sever pain who is responding for that pain we need pay money and still we need to suffer due to their irrespons I don't know what's wrong with them may be staff or doctor but I can say never and ever choose this pristyn care for surgery because the treatment for patient will be different pre surgery and post surgery no response people will make you wait wait and wait until it comes with serious situation at lastly care coordinator staff everybody will not response to your calls when it's emergency if they wouls have experience the pain they will come to know what patient is going through...
