Very disappointing experience. It was a complete waste of time The administration at Pristyn Care is extremely poor, and the overall service did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Never ever pristyn care. ( ZOI HOSPITAL) It's all money game. Do not consult here. More like a govt hospital. No nurse know what is the medical procedure. They do operation just for money and no one take care of you once it is done. They did not even gave a proper bill. And took money for medical testing still I do not get any results. Complete fraud. Consultant will only speak with you nicely until you step into operation theatre. Later they charged high, improper facilities. I fought to meet the doctor after operation, to get dressed up the wound again and recieved wrong discharge summary. Lot of things which I faced made me my recover late.
Unprofessional. Doctor had little to no knowledge. Money minded
I would not recommend pristine care to anyone, especially if you are planning to undergo kidney stone surgery. They tend to delay the surgery to increase the bill, and the agents (‘care buddies’) make false promises to get you admitted. From that point on, the entire process becomes stressful until discharge. And specially If you are planning to go with cash less treatment on insurance please avoid thier hospital
