I do not recommend using broker-assisted services, including those from "Pristyn Care", for surgical procedures. In my experience, an employee, "Vipin Patel", collected my insurance details and submitted a TPA approval request without my consent. When I requested cancellation, I was informed it would take over 24 hours. The cost quoted through the broker was significantly higher (₹75,000) compared to the same treatment I later completed elsewhere for ₹46,000. Communication was unprofessional, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Due to this lack of coordination, my father was discharged delay approx. 8 hours. I strongly advise patients to deal directly with the hospital and verify all insurance and TPA details themselves, rather than going through intermediaries.

I would advise others to be cautious while choosing Pristyn Care. My personal experience was not satisfactory. Initially, I was given certain expectations regarding facilities, but after admission, the actual situation was different. I was placed in a general ward, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. When I asked for a clear quotation, I was told that charges would remain the same. However, later there was confusion regarding billing and insurance processing, which caused inconvenience. Another issue I faced was coordination. Since they operate through partner hospitals, I experienced delays and lack of clear communication between departments like reception, emergency, and billing. There were also instances where I did not receive timely responses to my calls and messages, which added to the overall stress during discharge. Overall, my experience was not smooth, and I would suggest others to clarify all details in advance before proceeding.

I underwent ZSR circumcision in December 2025, and I am completely satisfied with the treatment done by the assigned doctor. However, I am very unhappy with the post-care assistance. Pristyn Care is just a company that only wants you to pay and get the surgery done as soon as possible. Their assigned coordinator keeps pushing you continuously until you make the full payment for the surgery. Once the surgery is completed and they receive their operation fees, they lose interest in the patient. They will pick up calls or revert at most once a day. It is not advisable to go for any surgery via Pristyn Care. Instead, visit your nearest hospital — don’t risk your life. In my case, I was lucky because my Doctor is excellent and helped me throughout the process. But do not expect any major assistance from Pristyn Care. Their job is to sell the plan; once you buy it, their job is done. They lure patients by offering cab services and making false claims that medication costs are included in the surgery expense. Don’t fall into this trap — most of these claims are false. I paid for my return travel on my own, and when I asked for a refund, the coordinator said it would be refunded, but I never received any refund. Again, I consider myself very lucky because my doctor is very good, but Pristyn Care is the worst. Soon, I'll upload a more detailed video on YouTube.
