I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Pristyn Care based on my recent experience seeking treatment for a fistula. I initially contacted Pristyn Care for fistula treatment, and Pristyn Care executive Amit Singh informed me that the estimated expenses for the treatment would be approximately INR 45,000. However, Pristyn Care later claimed INR 1.22 Lakh from my insurance. In addition to this financial discrepancy, the Manju hospital Lucknow facilities were substandard, exhibiting a complete lack of hygiene. The bed sheets and surgical dressings provided were dirty, with visible blood stains. For Sitz baths, they provided a regular, dirty bathtub. I have documented these issues with photographs. Furthermore, Pristyn Care charged me three times the amount for a Grade 4 fistula surgery compared to another patient who was billed only INR 45,000 with EMI options, despite the same Pristyn Care team and doctor handling both cases. During the consultation, executive Amit Singh explicitly mentioned a cost of INR 45,000. Given these serious concerns, I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and prevent other patients from experiencing similar distress.

I have very wonderful experience with dr irfan khan sir....he is such a very caring...helping and experienced doctor...I was in very bad condition but after the meeting and surgery done by sir makes me relax and relief...thorough out the surgery he made me feel comfortable....but only complaints about the services of the staff...lastly thanks to pristyn care for the wonderful support...guidance...u r doing a wonderful job...and i must say dr irfan sir is the best doctor i have ever met...thank u sir
