I was in touch with Sagar, as soon as the surgery is done he stopped even checking my messages I got no instructions and I am left clueless as to what should be my next step, before surgery everything was going smooth however as soon as money is taken surgery is done, they ignore you and you don’t know what to do now or who to contact it’s very concerning and very bad!

At that time, I was clearly informed that the refund would not be processed. However, later I was contacted by Mr. Manish Walmiki from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, who assured me that the refund would be credited on 1 February. He collected my account details for the same. Despite this assurance, I have not received the refund to date. Additionally, my calls are no longer being answered, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Advance payment was collected from me with the commitment that it would be refunded if required. Failing to honor this commitment raises serious concerns about your process and credibility. I had my surgery arranged through Pristyn Care at Apollo Hospital, Noida. Even after the insurance approval was received, the Pristyn Care team demanded more payment. Because of this, I was made to wait full night at the hospital. They fail to honor their commitments and instead keep giving excuses. Due to this unprofessional experience, I would not recommend or refer Pristyn Care to anyone.

Nobody cares patient after payment made. No one picks call. The quality in all aspect is excellent until you pay the amount. Pathetic service. After calling day and night I could not make post operation consultancy. It has been more than 8 days. The person whom I trust and he arrange all thing is not ready to pick call or see msg.
