Doctor tushar Goel, he’s not a doctor. Does not know how to perform a nail surgery, please everyone don’t go for them or Pristyn care. They are all fake, be even more careful if you have an insurance, they will take your insurance money and disappear, doctor won’t even consult with you post operation. I got my infected nail removal from him, during the "FREE" consultation. He was really nice explained everything and said the nail will be fine, infection will be gone. As soon as they operated and took the 62K they all started lying that it’s not there responsibility anymore. They did general anaesthesia and nobody came for a post operative care or tell me what they performed. When I asked doctor Tushar Goel if they did laser because they charged for it. He said "aap hume treatment mat sikhao". My nails are in the worst condition ever, my whole nail bed is damaged due to scarring. Now they are saying that dermatologist should treat this, dermat said that this is a surgery concern. All of them lie, and they will not take accountability, Pristyn care's doctors are not educated, neither in their field of work, or have basic manners to talk. PLEASE NEVER GO FOR THEM. I will be filing a case against everyone that was involved in this disaster.

I have circumcised at Pristen Care Diyos, Safdarjung enclave. Dr Tushar Goel done the procedure. The surgeon was very efficient and did it well through stapler. Post surgery the guidance of the doctor is very well. I am very much pleased with the way of treating the patient and it is exemplary. I had some other issue and under the guidance of the surgeon, the OT technician Shehwaj Tomar provided utmost care. No words to express my satisfaction about my experience

Consultation is only focused on surgery without giving proper knowledge about the procedure to the patient i myself is in a very bad condition because of this they provide false knowledge about the post operation care and the recovery journey is nothing like the doctor has informed us about it was as if he is keeping the patients in oblivion and that is so not right the medical care that also with this rate should be transparent between the patient and the doctor . He attempted different things during the surgery which we were not informed about . Do not recommended this to anyone the surgery should be the last option in the treatment not the first without any altercations in the daily routine and medicine please ? be safe
