Good place but transportation issue
Had a horrendous experience with the coordinator. I had taken an appointment which I had to cancel due to personal reason. They kept on tormenting over calls and today they crossed every limit, they called me and asked If I really wanted to come and I said I would come when I get time and the person on the other became exasperated and started speaking insolently to me. Your service should revolve around patient's comfort not to incessantly pursue them to book an appointment to mooch them off.
I have filed a police complaint against of your employee named Sujeet he called me and abused me and threatened me as well, also uploading the screenshot with the phone number
