Good place but transportation issue

Had a horrendous experience with the coordinator. I had taken an appointment which I had to cancel due to personal reason. They kept on tormenting over calls and today they crossed every limit, they called me and asked If I really wanted to come and I said I would come when I get time and the person on the other became exasperated and started speaking insolently to me. Your service should revolve around patient's comfort not to incessantly pursue them to book an appointment to mooch them off.

The worst service i have ever received. All the customer care people are making fool of clients. I was sent two multispaciltiy hospital by pristyn and on arrival it was said nothing is booked. It was again repeated the other day. Third class service. I would recommend not to ever go to pristyn. They just now how to make fool of people.

Google must start with something lower than 1 star because that's the level of service they are providing. Medical care is being taken care by CCE who doesn't even have basic courtesy of talking with customers. I'll not recommend this to anyone.
