I had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. I paid the entire loan amount as instructed during my treatment process. However, due to negligence in handling the loan repayment process, the loan was not cleared on time, resulting in overdue dues being reported. This negatively impacted my CIBIL score, even though I had already fulfilled my payment obligations. When a company collects the full loan amount from a customer, it is their responsibility to ensure that the loan/EMI payments are processed correctly and on time so that the customer does not face pending dues or damage to their credit score. Unfortunately, Pristyn Care failed to do so in my case. What made the situation even worse was their extremely poor customer support. Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive a timely resolution, and the issue remained unresolved for far too long. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to think carefully before using Pristyn Care’s services, especially if your treatment involves financing or a loan. Please verify every loan transaction and payment status yourself, as I had to suffer unnecessary financial and mental stress because of their negligence.

My experience with Prystyn Care was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The entire process felt questionable, with unnecessary charges being added at multiple stages. Initially, I was assigned to Kauvery Hospital, where I experienced poor nursing care and what I consider gross negligence. Even basic procedures such as inserting a cannula were not handled properly, causing unnecessary discomfort. Within a month, I underwent two treatments, with approximately ₹6 lakh being claimed through insurance. Despite the significant amount billed, I was surprised to find that even follow-up appointments were being charged separately. The only positive aspect of my experience was the doctor assigned to me. The surgeon was highly professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent care throughout the treatment process. However, based on my overall experience, I would advise patients to carefully evaluate their options before proceeding through Prystyn Care. In my opinion, it may be better to approach reputed hospitals directly, such as Manipal, rather than paying premium amounts through a third-party coordinator and receiving a hospital experience that does not match the cost involved. I hope this feedback helps improve patient care and transparency for future patients.

I recently had a surgery with the prystn care 1) not able to meet or call the doctor after surgery 2) eventhogh for a emergency they are asking for consultation fees even after paying for the surgery (90k) 3) after the surgery simply they vanished nothing they explained how to take care 4) my surgery went for 3 hours it supposed to be 30 mins 5) They will care so much before surgery once payment done they dont even care

Worst treatment, they will resort to manhandling if your cashless is delayed by few minutes even. Worst experience I have ever had.

I treated by dr.srinivas yadav kundala for phimosis surgery. He treated well and i recovered now.The surgery was not much painful. He responded to my msgs and calls post surgery.He has friendly with patients. Over all I treated well by the doctor.

Although I feel Prystin Care could be better, the doctor I got, Dr. Srinivasa Yadav Kandula, is an excellent and experienced surgeon who provided great care before and after surgery. Dr. Srinivasa Yadav Kandula comes with great expertise in the medical department and make sure the patient will be alright throughout the surgery. Post surgery consultation is also very good
