For treatment1.5 lakh happened but still not recovery..one of the worst hospital in Bangalore... don't believe this hospital any one???
My experience with Pristyn Care has been extremely disappointing. I underwent fissure surgery in August 2025, paying the full amount myself through EMI. Unfortunately, the surgery did not resolve my condition and I continue to suffer from the same severe pain. Post-surgery support and coordination were very poor. For my scheduled review appointment, the doctor was unavailable despite booking through their platform. Over the following months, I had to consult multiple doctors, travelling long distances for consultations. Doctors later indicated that the initial surgery had not been successful and that further treatment may be required. Despite repeated emails and calls, I received no proper response or resolution from their team. The entire experience has caused significant physical pain, mental stress, and financial burden. Very disappointing service and lack of accountability . In my experience, Pristyn Care functions more like a service-booking platform connecting patients to third-party hospitals and doctors. There is no proper local office or direct hospital responsibility through them, which made it very difficult to get accountability after the surgery. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to go for Pristyn Care.
Waiting time is very high.make sure doctor is at the clinic and then only go to the clinic. Otherwise it's waste of time.they will keep you waiting for so long.
I have done my eye on 4/09/2021 by doctor Prerrna Tripathi, Bengaluru Karnataka, she handed very well and I am fine now. The staff's also very good and polite with good behaviour.
