Pristyn care cheated me by suggesting a hospital where there is no cashless option. They asked me to go for reimbursement process for corn removal surgery. Surgery happened and they asked me to stay for 1 day in hospital and assuring the amount would be reimbursed by insurance company. But before leaving the hospital they took my Authorization for auto debit the expense amount from account by saying it is just for formality for this process to move forward. Later insurance company rejected the claim by saying it is a day procedure and not included as part of reimbursement. After 3 months, the amount is debited from my account. Meantime the doctor's treatment was not at all successful. I had to visit Manipal later for better treatment and service. I had to do another surgery in Manipal to get cured. So never plan for Pristyn care and related doctors. They connect people to fool them and get money from their pocket

Extremely poor service. Complete fraud. After the release notification that came before 4pm, we were stuck in hospital till 1am at night to get the mediclaim process. Moreover, after operation doctor didn't visit, not anyone from Prystitcare was picking up my phone. Earlier it was confirmed, the procedure will be fully covered but rejected ar the last moment and had to pay for the procedure to get release from hospital.
