****READ COMMENTS **** My experience with Pristyn Care was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I am writing this while sitting in the hospital, and I realized that many other people have reported experiences similar to mine. My mother visited Pristyn Care for an infection in the nail of her right foot. The doctor recommended removing the nail, which was presented as a simple procedure. Before the treatment, we were informed that the procedure would cost only ₹2,000 and that the remaining expenses would be covered through a 100% cashless insurance process. However, after we proceeded, the information changed, and we were asked to bear additional costs. Our point of contact, Anshika Tripathi, initially appeared very proactive and supportive. However, when we needed clarification and assistance, the communication became rude and unhelpful. This was one of the most frustrating parts of the entire experience. We also felt that important details were not disclosed upfront. We were never clearly informed about the time required to complete the procedure, the day-care process, or other aspects of the treatment. In our experience, the doctor, Dr. Vikrant, did not provide complete information before the procedure, leaving us with unexpected surprises later. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. We made decisions based on the information provided initially, only to find that the actual process and costs were different. This created unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I would strongly advise anyone considering Pristyn Care to read reviews carefully before booking an appointment, ask detailed questions about insurance coverage, costs, and the complete treatment process, and get everything confirmed in writing before proceeding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pristyn Care.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unexpected Charges and Misleading Commitment Dear Pristyn Care Team, My name is Rupesh Singh. I am writing this email regarding the very disappointing experience I faced during my brother’s surgery treatment through Pristyn Care. Before starting the treatment, I clearly informed your counselors, Vyog and Sumit, that my insurance coverage limit was only ₹2 lakh. They assured me multiple times that the total expense would remain within the insurance amount and that I would only need to pay around ₹2,000 from my side. I also have call recordings of these conversations where your team clearly mentioned that the surgery package would cost around ₹1.3 lakh and there would be no major extra charges. However, the reality was completely different. My brother had to be admitted three different times: 1. During the first surgery attempt, the doctor said there was an infection and only a stent was inserted instead of completing the surgery. 2. During the second admission, we were informed about a blood infection, and he was admitted again for two days. 3. After all these repeated admissions and procedures, the final hospital bill reached ₹2,11,000. During this entire process, I made the following payments from my side: * ₹2,000 admission fee + ₹2,500 payment during the first admission * ₹2,000 admission fee + ₹1,000 payment during the second admission * Later, I was suddenly asked to pay ₹45,000 additionally before discharge What hurt me the most was the behavior afterward. Once the bill exceeded the committed amount, the tone and response from Sumit completely changed. On the discharge day, I was kept waiting from 2 PM till around 11 PM and was repeatedly pressured for payment. After a lot of requests and difficulty, my brother was finally discharged around 11:30 PM after I somehow arranged ₹10,000. Now, I am again being asked to pay ₹25,000 in cash for stent removal. I do not understand why this was never communicated earlier and why cash payment is being demanded separately. I feel that a poor and financially limited person like me has been misled and trapped unnecessarily. If these medical conditions and complications were already known, why was everything not handled properly in one planned process? Why were false commitments made regarding expenses? I request you to please: * Review my case properly * Refund the extra amount charged beyond the committed estimate * Clarify the unnecessary additional charges * Explain why ₹25,000 cash is being demanded for stent removal I have all recordings and proofs of the conversations and commitments made by your counselors. If this issue is not resolved properly, I will be forced to take legal action and escalate the matter further. I would also like to mention that I already had a treatment plan with Pristyn Care for my own piles surgery, but after this experience and behavior, I have decided to cancel it. I hope you will treat this matter seriously and help resolve it fairly. As what happened with my brother, I had visited Dr. Vikrant at the Hebbal clinic regarding my piles surgery, but now I will not be getting my surgery done with your team because you people make fake commitments. Thanks & Regards, Rupesh Singh
We had a very smooth and satisfying experience with Prystn Care for my brother’s gall bladder stone laparoscopic surgery. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-treatment support, everything was handled in a very professional and organized manner. The entire process was completely hassle-free. A very special thanks to our coordinator, Shubham, who was exceptionally supportive and caring throughout the journey. He was always available to answer our questions, guided us patiently at every stage, and made sure all arrangements were done perfectly. His continuous follow-up, quick responses, and genuine concern gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during this time. We are truly thankful to Shubham for his excellent coordination and support. The surgery went successfully, and the overall service provided by the Prystn Care team was outstanding.
