Pristyn Care is accused of fraudulent practices. Specifically, they are alleged to provide incorrect information, charge for laser treatments, but perform standard surgical procedures instead. Customers are strongly advised against undergoing any surgery through Pristyn Care. Furthermore, there is a reported lack of post-operative follow-up care. A legal case is being initiated against this organization.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I strongly advise people to be cautious before choosing this service. They do not have their own hospital or in-house doctors and mainly act as coordinators. There are frequent follow-up calls only until hospital admission is done. After the treatment, their support drops drastically. There was no proper assistance regarding patient progress, discharge process, or post-treatment surgeon consultations. Calls and messages after treatment were mostly unanswered, which was extremely frustrating during a critical time. Additionally, I was asked to provide my PAN card and my CIBIL score was checked for an insurance-based treatment. The purpose of this was not clearly explained, which raised concerns for me as a patient. Overall, the experience felt unreliable and poorly managed. I would recommend looking for more transparent and accountable healthcare providers.

Fraud Alert This company is completely fraudulent. They took a loan against my name without my knowledge or consent. They had collected my PAN card and bank statement and even asked me to agree to an auto-debit option after my operation. Later, they demanded that I clear the loan myself! This is a serious scam, and I strongly advise everyone not to share any personal or financial details with them. Be very careful — these people are not genuine
