SCAM SCAM Full cheating. I went for corn removal. Was informed that laser surgery will be done.but did traditional treatment. But pucca scam. Never go to this hospital. Simply taking unwanted tests like blood report , this and that, and bill went to 40k. Since insurance was there I didnot pay that. And got extra 2k. Fully scam pucca fraud No explanation about process. I have not seen any hospital like this. Never visit pristine care. I give 0/100. I would not recommend any one living in metropolitan cities to take treatment. Just visit ur hometown and take a treatment over there Whatever it is. That is the best solution.

Worst Hospital. You call them for emergency. They will say they will arrange a call back in 5 mins. But never will do. Edit after hospital response: I called them twice again after 1hr because it’s emergency. The guy who picked the call hung up on me angrily as if I’m disturbing him

The worst service they provide they don't know how to talk with the patients specially the customer care people even if you say no we don't want to go through pristine care they will push you get your answer they just know how to get the money by giving the worst service

Pristyn Care’s coordination was an absolute disaster from start to finish. From day one, the process was completely mishandled, especially the insurance part. The coordinator Prakash showed no clarity, no follow-up, and no ownership. For over a week, nothing moved, no updates, no guidance, nothing. I finally had to take matters into my own hands, contact the hospital directly, and send the pre-authorization request myself. Even then, there was complete silence from Pristyn Care. This is not just poor service, it is sheer negligence. In healthcare, delays and lack of communication can cost patients dearly. Pristyn Care’s approach shows a shocking lack of professionalism, training, and responsibility. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare service provider.

Recently my wife underwent gallbladder stone surgery and had a smooth, stress-free experience at the hospital. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the staff was supportive and attentive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Dr. Sanjit Gogoi for his expertise, kindness, and calm approach. He made me feel confident and comfortable from consultation to recovery. Truly grateful for the care I received.

Pristyn care took care of end to end process for my surgery with no hassle. Right from the consultancy to getting me drop back home, all the in between process they took care of. They are always approachable and provided me right guidance when required. They tired with quality hospitals and doctors. Happy with the service and I will recommend their services.
