I had a very concerning experience with Preston Care while seeking abortion services. Initially, a representative named Sakshi Sharma contacted me and assured me that the process was completely confidential and that only the patient's consent was required. Based on this information, I visited the hospital she recommended. At the hospital, a doctor initially ordered a Beta HCG blood test, and my blood sample was about to be collected. However, someone intervened and stopped the test, directing me straight to an ultrasound scan instead. This raised my concerns about the transparency of the process. After the scan, the doctor recommended a surgical abortion rather than a medical abortion using pills. When I discussed this with Sakshi and expressed my preference for the medical abortion option, I felt pressured into choosing the surgical procedure. I was told that taking abortion pills could affect my future fertility, that I might not be able to work for 10 days, that I would require complete bed rest, and that the success rate was only around 40-50%. I was also informed that because I am unmarried, they could not provide abortion pills without my parents' consent. The communication felt intimidating and dismissive rather than supportive. When I insisted that I needed time to make my own decision, I was suddenly told that medical abortion pills could be provided after all, at a cost of ₹6,000. Shortly afterward, another representative called and quoted a different price of ₹7,000 for the same service. The conflicting information, pressure to choose a more expensive procedure, changing requirements regarding consent, and inconsistent pricing made me lose confidence in the process. As a result, I decided not to proceed further. I believe women seeking reproductive healthcare deserve accurate information, transparent pricing, and unbiased counseling so they can make informed decisions without fear or pressure.

Got surgery of Liposuction by Dr Karthik Aditya through pristine care in Bangalore. in April 25. Overall very good experience with pristine care and doctor. Dr Karthik Aditya is a very good doctor by profession with great ethics. After operation he refunded Rs 20 K as one of machine was not used in the operation. It's a great things in today's scenario. I highly recommend the doctor and it's team .

Worst experience I had ever in my life . Just looting the money with fake propaganda and fake promises. Never believe in Pristyn care promises. Never believe in the Google rating of Ranked no.1 care.

Please don't go by paid reviews. They are an unorganized company. Zero care. Staffed by young inexperienced staff that keeps changing. Some doctors enrolled may be good but the experience of dealing with Pristyn has been horrible.

Worst service provided by team. I really hate these fake people.I had very bad experience with entire Prityn Care team. They are money making people who are trying to make fool to patients and try to take advantage from their condition. They are giving wrong promise and trying to loot customer. I got cheated even after paying 130,000/- bill. For minor surgery they are asking for this much of money and after this much also they won't give food, breakfast or anything. Best part is they they will STOP responding to customer after getting money. Guys beware of this fake organisation. They have a Google Feedback team who just take care of feedback and try to put positive feedback. Be aware of these fake feedback on Google. They are just try to take money from you and will be with you until you pay the surgery amount. They know the patient will trust him after offering Discounted consultation services. This is a kind of trap ..I would suggest going to some good known hospitals instead of going to these fake hospitals.

Prystne Care offers an easy streamlined experience for those wanting a surgery or treatment. My experience was terrible at every stage. They sent a car the day before we were meant to go, but I did not have the option to cancel it, so the driver kept calling me. The next morning they sent the car again, because this was the correct date, but two hours late. The car then took me to the wrong hospital, on the other side of the city. I had to pay to cross the city and come back to the right hospital. Here, they had said the procedure would have a day discharge. This was a lie, and the hospital told us it was not possible. About three different people from Prystne were in touch with me, and none of them had any idea about what the others knew. Not only did I have to sort out my own admission, ward, doctor timings, discharge with the hospital, I also had to keep updating all these people from Prystne Care who did not help at all. In fact, they spoke quite aggressively and kept trying to blame me for random things, as well as refuse to accept any responsibility. I would speak to the doctor's and managers in the hospital, and the Prystne Care people, sitting in their ivory towers, would tell me that the hospital doesn't know what it is doing. Even though they were the ones with the tie-up with the hospital. An example of this is when they kept insisting that the operation has a day discharge when everyone at the hospital said that it does not. Prystne does not have any of its own staff or equipment in the hospital, yet, they said the hospital is wrong. I tried to explain them that the operation would quite literally take X amount of time for preparation, Y amount of time for the operation, and Z amount of time in the ward afterwards, and therefore it was impossible for it to finish in 2-3 hours, like they said. The person they have kept to interact with patients was obnoxious, disorganised, and at one point even had the audacity to ask me why things were not going right. I had to tell him that it is HIS job to explain that to me, not the other way around. They also made me pay 500 at the hospital, which along with the extra money I had to pay for the cab, was never refunded. A terrible, unprofessional experience.

Genuine and honest review ( most of review is paid so be careful) Pristyn Care is like ola who doesn't have any hospital and they have time up with most of the hospital. So i will suggest you to go for best doctor in your city. Because recently i went through Pristyn care and experience was good. But Vasavi hospital was nightmare for me post operation, their staff was not enough to take care of the patient, this hospital doesn't have qualified staff or less staff. I was in pain for several hours and they were not enough to sort out the issues on time. I had been calling for 2 hours and everystaff was like that we have informed to the concerned person and they are coming in sometimes and it took 3 hours. And i saw most patients was in pain and they were crying in pain but they didn't had enough staff to attain. It was terribly experience for me. P. S: so please choose best doctor or directly go to best doctor and avoid to go to any doctor who doesn't have enough experience for surgery, that's what I made the mistake without enquiry i went to doctor without background check and i suffered badly.
