It was very bad experience with pristine care, because as soon as you get admitted they stop caring, not receiving calls , no food, no water and hospital say talk to pristine care and pristine customer care number also no help, as it directed to another state and they will say we will inform to concern team and that team never respond you. And once you are about to discharge, despite being Cash less approval from insurance company you will get some bill amount mentioning your insurance did not pay us, so you have to pay. It took 4 hrs to get discharge after paying some amount and almost 1 hrs call time with preisten care. Doctor was good and very friendly but I would never recommend pristine care. Thanks Aditya
