Something went to my eye and was frantically looking for an ophthalmologist that could help me remove this and I found dr Tripathi. Travelled there with only one working eye and to my surprise when I reached IT WAS CLOSED. I would not be writing this review if all it said on google was that it was closed but no. On their google, it says 24/7 OPEN. I even called them to see if there was another entrance or something and when it finally connected to someone, the lady on the other line asked me if it was an emergency. When I replied, saying yes with an exclamation. She said “sorry mate you’re outta luck. Ain’t no body there” (not verbatim) See I just had something stuck in my eye and I live in Indiranagar. Not the worst thing to happen but I’d imagine if someone else from further way came here in the middle of the night under the guise of “24/6, it saying it’s open could affect them. Now maybe today was a one off but better to tell you

It is NOT open 24/7. The listing mentioned it is open, but when I reached there at 8:30 pm for an emergency, it was closed.
