Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The doctor Manu Bharat is listed on Practo, my appointment was booked and confirmed a day in advance, and I even called the clinic 30 minutes before arriving to verify that the doctor was available. After taking the effort to travel to the clinic, the receptionist casually informed me that the doctor wasn't available and asked me to come back in the evening. When I called the clinic again they put my call on hold instead of providing an explanation. This is a complete waste of a patient's time and lack of professionalism. Please have some basic courtesy and common sense when handling appointments. Patients plan their day around these visits. This is not the only clinic in the city. If you are unable to handle bookings stop the online appointments.

Gone for a anal fissure check up.doctor in pristine care confirm it as piles and ask me to do operation within 2 days and give me a budget of 65 k approx. Advise me to do immediately. Had a doubt and gone for 2nd opinion with mr Atif Ahmed from karnataka gastro and liver clinic and he said its a normal fissure and can be cleared easily with tablets and high fiber food. Note. Always ask for 2 nd opinion before vomiting with this kind of money minting doctors

One of the worst hospitals to seek treatment from — feels less about patient care and more about squeezing every possible rupee out of your insurance coverage. Absolutely disappointing experience. They seem more focused on exploiting insurance claims than actually treating patients. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Wrost clicnic ever they will try to loot you call you again and again. I just went there for Discounted consultation and the medicine over there is worth of ₹4735 for just a fisure. Pls don't take medicine from pristyn and do not take any service from them if you want to save your money
