I wanted to give honest review. I underwent surgery last week. I booked through pristyn care my personal coordinator was handling everything till we reach to hospital once we got admitted he stops responding to calls and msgs. We didn't get private room. Surgery time told 12 :30 but it happened at 3:30. After discharge we didn't had any one to contact to finish formalities for discharge. Booking return can I struggled to finish this. Post surgery we booked appointment through pristyn care but doctor was not available when we reached. No proper communication and cordination. I regret decision of choosing this.

We should not judge hospitals or medical care units on the rate of recovery of patients but the atmosphere and nature of doctors always play an important role in such cases. Pristyn is the best in this regard.
