She guided me through every step of the process—from understanding the procedure, documentation, available facilities, to arranging cab services and meals. Most importantly, she was always just a call away. Every time I reached out, she responded promptly and provided solutions to all my queries with great professionalism and empathy. I also want to express my deep appreciation for Dr. S.J. Haridarshan, whom I first met at Marigold Diagnostic Centre. From the beginning, he assured me of his continuous support and clearly explained the entire procedure, expected healing time, required diet, and medications. His guidance was thorough and reassuring. Even after the surgery, he addressed all my concerns without hesitation and generously shared his contact number in case I needed any further assistance. Thankfully, the recovery went smoothly, and I did not have to reach out again. Discussing a condition like hemorrhoids/piles was never easy for me.
