Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 9:45 pm and was still waiting for medication until 11:15 pm.On top of that, I was given medicine intended for another patient, which is a serious mistake. Is this the level of service a hospital should provide? Patients come for care and safety, not long delays and medication errors. I hope the hospital improves its procedures and ensures this does not happen again.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pristyn Care, and I strongly advise against choosing them for your healthcare needs. The overall service delivery appears to be inconsistent and lacks proper coordination, which has caused inconvenience and concern.
Such a waste hospital and services to the patients. They don't have the courtesy to at least even check the patient and inform the details
Very worst experience from doctor and staffs they only need money nothing else
