I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Pristyn's online consultation service for cosmetic surgery-related concerns. Despite being prepared to pay for the consultation, I was taken aback when the representative, Sameer, insisted on receiving my pictures. As a patient, I value my privacy and am uncomfortable sharing personal photos indiscriminately. In an attempt to maintain my privacy, I requested a contact number for the doctor's clinic so that I could feel more at ease sharing my concerns and sharing the pictures. However, Sameer informed me that Doctor Surajsinh Chauhan would be available for an online video consultation. Reluctantly, I canceled a crucial meeting to accommodate this appointment. To my dismay, the doctor joined the call three minutes late, only to quickly state that I should either send my pictures to Pristyn or schedule an in-office consultation. I find this experience deeply troubling for several reasons. Firstly, an online consultation should provide a platform for meaningful discussion, akin to an in-person appointment. However, the brevity of the doctor's interaction and their insistence on receiving pictures or an in-office visit felt dismissive of my concerns and disrespectful of my time. As a patient, I expect doctor to demonstrate empathy and understanding, particularly in sensitive matters such as cosmetic surgery. The lack of attentiveness and empathy displayed during this consultation has left me feeling disheartened and undervalued as a patient. It is imperative that doctors prioritize respect, communication, and patient-centered care, especially in the realm of cosmetic surgery where patients often seek reassurance and guidance. Based on this disappointing experience, I would caution others against seeking consultation or treatment from a doctor who fails to prioritize patient concerns and respect their time. A more compassionate and attentive approach is essential in fostering trust and confidence between patients and healthcare providers. I am giving a star for this Video Consulation only cuz I cannot submit my feedback without it.

I wanted to get my lipoma removed and decided to see Dr. Surajsinh Chauhan for it. He explained about the condition very politely, and then suggested a surgical removal procedure. What surprised me was his calm demeanor which helped me discuss things without hesitation.Also, the surgery went quite smooth.
