At the time of discussion they mentioned you haven't got to pay anything and at the time of discharge a big bill will come to you and the Pristyn person will say that without paying you won't get discharged. He said that it's obvious that other charges will be there. No transparency, not recommended. You will have to pay from your pocket, don't believe their talk of '' You won't have to pay anything''.
Disappointing Experience at Pristyn Care and Eyevision Hospital My experience at Pristyn Care and Eyevision Hospital on June 28, 2025, for an 11:40 AM appointment was highly unsatisfactory. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I encountered significant waiting times at every stage, from reception to the check-up area. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 5-10 minutes at the reception. Following this, I was informed of a further 20-minute wait for my scheduled check-up. I repeatedly communicated to Pristyn Care staff that I was in a hurry, but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated, and the waiting period persisted. Given the extensive delays and the apparent disregard for my time constraints, I ultimately decided to leave without completing the check-up. This experience has led me to believe that the future processes would likely involve similar inconveniences. Consequently, I do not wish to proceed with any further services at this facility. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of punctuality and the overall management of patient flow. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively to improve the patient experience for others.
I like the service for Vishwajeet and follow up.
