At the time of discussion they mentioned you haven't got to pay anything and at the time of discharge a big bill will come to you and the Pristyn person will say that without paying you won't get discharged. He said that it's obvious that other charges will be there. No transparency, not recommended. You will have to pay from your pocket, don't believe their talk of '' You won't have to pay anything''.

I am completely disappointed and mentally harassed by the experience with Pristyn Care. I am alone in Mumbai and have been stuck in the hospital for the last 3 days after my fistula surgery done on Saturday. Before the surgery, Pristyn Care made multiple commitments regarding support, coordination, billing, discharge assistance, and patient care. But after the surgery, not even a single person from their team came to visit me in the hospital or properly support me. I have personally been running around alone for billing, TPA approvals, discharge formalities, and every other process while recovering from surgery. Despite being a post-surgery patient, I am being forced to handle everything myself. Now they are suddenly asking me to pay an extra ₹14,000 for room excess or other unexplained charges. I have called 5–6 different people from their team continuously, but nobody is responding, nobody is giving any proper solution, and nobody seems to care. Today is 11th May 2026, and right now it is 10:25 PM. I have been chasing my discharge for the last two days and am still stuck in the hospital like a prisoner. This entire experience has been extremely stressful, humiliating, and mentally exhausting. Very pathetic service. Very poor coordination. Absolutely no accountability after taking the patient’s case. If the management or board members of Pristyn Care are reading this, please note that I have all call records, numbers, and communication proofs. If this harassment continues, I will be forced to file a police complaint as well as in Medical authorities and take legal action against the people responsible for mentally harassing a patient who has just undergone surgery. Worst healthcare experience ever.

I had a very bad experience at the time of discharge, first think that was told by Pristyn care that my treatment will take only 4-5 hours and after 4-5 hours discharge will be given from hospital and second think I have to pay only 2k for copay , but hospital gave discharge to me after 32 hours after so many phn calls and struggle and when I have fight for that suddenly they are asking rs 5k for copay , before treatment they were calling continuously for getting appointment and for treatment but after treatment I have to call them continuously for discharge Pristyn team plz note there is a huge difference between 4-5 hours and 32 hours , before giving any information or commitment plz update yourself and don't give wrong information for any patients

I had a very bad experience with Pristyn Care and Dr. Vicky Jain. I underwent a breast implant surgery here, but unfortunately the results were not as promised. Even after assuring me of warranty and proper aftercare, I am facing serious issues with the implant. When I approached them for help, they completely failed to provide proper support or replacement as per their commitment. The post-surgery care was extremely poor, and I felt completely neglected after the procedure. Dr. Vicky Jain and the Pristyn Care team seem more focused on money rather than patient satisfaction and safety. Such negligence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable, especially for such an important surgery. I regret choosing Pristyn Care and Dr. Vicky Jain for my treatment. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting them.

I had breast implant surgery done through Pristyn Care, and they assured me it came with a proper warranty. However, a few months after the procedure, I started facing serious issues with the implant – discomfort, distortion, and other complications. Despite the warranty assurance at the time of surgery, when I reached out for help and requested a replacement or corrective action, they refused to provide support. Their team kept delaying responses and ultimately claimed that my issue was not covered under the warranty, without giving any proper explanation. This experience has been extremely frustrating and emotionally distressing. I trusted them not only for the surgery but also for aftercare and the warranty they promised. Sadly, once the payment was done and the surgery was over, they failed to take any responsibility. I urge others to be very careful before choosing Pristyn Care, especially for something as sensitive and life-impacting as breast surgery. Always get everything in writing, and don’t rely just on verbal promises. I hope Pristyn Care improves their transparency, honours the warranties they offer, and gives patients proper post-surgery care and support. Please don’t do with anyone i m so stress not helping me for replacement my both the implants get bust

Pristyn Care provides very poor service. They have no control over their so-called network hospitals — everything runs according to the hospital's own terms. The treatment cost is usually 1.5 times higher than the estimate they give. What they promise and what they actually deliver are completely different. It's better to avoid their services and deal directly with the hospital for more transparency and reliability.
