I thought initially the problem was with the hospital management. But it is with both Pristyn care and the hospital management. I have had the surgery for cataract in both my eyes. I was promised cab to go to the surgery from my home which did not happen. No one picks the phone so early in the morning to coordinate. Then I was told that I will be refunded then I am now being given the run around for the refund. I selected Eyehance Toric ll IOL, so that my distance vision will be good, my near vision is better than my distance vision now after 18 days from surgery. I asked the Dr at the follow up to check if the axis of the lens is in place, they did not bother and asked me to come after 15 days. I asked Pristyn care to talk to the hospital about this problem. No one bothered and now you expect me to give feedback. Please do not use Pristyn care if you value your eyes.

The assistant was so rude to us for just confirming the procedure of the treatment i am so disappointed they were giving such careless advice that made the patient so paranoid for the treatment this was such a bad experience i don't trust them to do a treatment for my family ever
