At the time of discussion they mentioned you haven't got to pay anything and at the time of discharge a big bill will come to you and the Pristyn person will say that without paying you won't get discharged. He said that it's obvious that other charges will be there. No transparency, not recommended. You will have to pay from your pocket, don't believe their talk of '' You won't have to pay anything''.

Pristyn Care is one of the worst services. Their doctors provide misleading diagnosis and their co-ordinators push you for unwanted surgeries with no concern for patients. Always opt for a second opinion if you consult them as they are in a money-making business and lack compassion for the patients.

Very poor and bad experience from the hospital. The staff was zero cooperative and we had to take multiple follow ups of everything. Moreover the staff made my partner Very uncomfortable during her entire procedure by their judgmental comments and biases. We paid for premium Hospital Service and got a nightmare instead. Very poor. Not recommended. Really disappointed.
