I had liposuction surgery on 12 June. It has been several weeks, and I am still experiencing significant pain, especially in my arms. Although I can move my hands, I still cannot touch certain areas because they are extremely painful. During my three-week follow-up, I was told that I could not resume workouts yet, but after that I did not receive any further follow-up calls or guidance from the doctor or the receptionist. I was expecting more support during my recovery, especially since I was still in pain and had concerns about my healing. As a patient, I believe post-operative care is just as important as the surgery itself. Better communication, regular follow-ups, and clear explanations about recovery would have made me feel much more supported. At this stage, I am not satisfied with my overall experience because I am still dealing with pain and have not received the level of aftercare I expected.
