He said that it's obvious that other charges will be there. No transparency, not recommended. You will have to pay from your pocket, don't believe their talk of '' You won't have to pay anything''.

I WAS TREATED BY Dr Ashwini Katke for an i injury to my left ear . DR ashwini Katke did the diagnosis and found that the constant ri ing in my ear was due to Tinitus for which she prescribed medications. She also asked me to get a hearing test done by an independent Audiologist in Borivali which I did. I have permanent hearing loss in hard several times on my left ear. In my assessment Dr Ashwini Katke is a kind, co siderite and an excellent ENT surgeon. She is thorough and caring. On a scale of 1 through 5 She is an 100 I would re commend anyone seeking help with ENT should consider Dr Ashwini Katke as their surgeon Dr Mykesh Jain

I think i should not give the 1 as well, the behavior of their representative are very rude after the surgery, they will trouble you to cab booking, they are sweet until the surgery and then suddenly after their commission they treat you like a shit. I have booked the cataract surgery through the pristyn and RM name was Anshik Tripathi. And after the surgery day he start talking like a maafia, and when i asked this is not the way to talk, he shouted and disconnect the call after the sentence "Aise h baat karte h ham, mere s jyada tej banne k jarurat nhi h." pristyn should take some action against him.

I underwent ear drum surgery (tympanoplasty) here two months ago. I had specifically requested endoscopic (no-cut) surgery, but during the procedure an open surgery with a large cut behind my ear was performed without proper prior explanation. Even after two months, I have seen no significant improvement. I would advise others don’t go for pristyn care

Worst experience I had with team, no proper hospatility and surgery got failed immediately after 5 days of surgery no is responsible to resolve the issue and they told cashless treatment with insurance, after that they paid cash to hospital and they claimed insurance behalf of me l, once the claim is approved I have to repay them, once I receive the money I haven't paid because operation failed now they are harrassing for money they don't even bother of failed surgery, don't go for the services

Mene 2021 me piles ka operation kiya tha na MRI karavaye bina opration huva usake bad muze fistula ka problem huva me gai thi check ke liye jo doctor ne kiya tha wo bole kuch nahi he but doctor ne clear bataya nahi Hospital accha he SRV hospital Goregoun but doctor ne sahise MRI karake karna chahiye tha (Translated by Google) I had a piles operation in 2021 without an MRI. After that, I developed a fistula. I went for a checkup. The doctor said there was nothing, but he didn't explain clearly. The hospital is good, SRV Hospital Goregaon, but the doctor advised that the operation should have been done after an MRI.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an unauthorized transaction from my bank account.My claim was fully settled on 05.06.2025 for ₹24,747. However, on 02.08.2025, an amount of ₹13,172 was debited from my personal bank account without my knowledge.Enclosed the screenshot of their fraud. These people are making false promises.They are the worst people not recommended at all

Worst organization I have just enquired once and after 2 months also they keep on calling and irritating for 2 opinion and all I have informed them that my medication is done then too they keep on calling.
