I had the most horrible experience with this team. They called repeatedly to check on me till the payment. After that no one received my calls and nobody bothered for a follow up. If you ever book through Prystine care they will straight up tell you surgery and ask if you have insurance. And if you do then sky is the limit for them. If I could give them negetive stars I would. I was asked to reach the hospital at 9:30am whereas their so called "care co-odinator" reached at 10:30am. The nurses were clueless what is to be done. The room of the hospital had stains on the walls and the ac was not functioning. I had specifically asked for the room pics before hand and still put in bad room. After the so called care co-odinator arrived did the iv line and tests start. If you have a piles/haemorrhoids problem visit a doctor directly at a hospital but DON'T EVER GO THROUGH PRYSTINE CARE. I got the surgery done without any second consultation but now I am not sure if the decision was right. Please always take second opinion.

I will never advise to consult here. Just making fools. I have done my operation full of money,time, health waste. Useless team. No support , only calling till payment

I had haemorrhoid. Was asked directly for getting surgery done but then I took second opinion and was advised for dietary changes and other precautions and it got better on its own.

Bad experience with Dr. Ashwini Katke and Pristyn Care. I booked an appointment and was informed by customer care of certain fees for an ENT procedure. However, when I visited the clinic, Doctor asked for additional fees. I explained that the customer care executive had clearly mentioned that the charges were all-inclusive. Instead of clarifying calmly, the doctor behaved very rudely and arrogantly. Despite taking the consultation fee in advance, she did not perform the treatment out of anger and asked me to take the refund from Pristyn Care and now they are not refunding my money last 2 weeks. Due to urgency, I had to visit another doctor the same day, who was polite, professional, and completed the procedure without any issues. This bad experience with Dr Katke and Pristyn Care was very disappointing. The doctor showed a lack of professionalism and concern for the patient.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Pristyn Care during my husband’s visit to SRV Hospital for a piles operation yesterday. We were taken to SRV Hospital through Pristyn Care with prior commitments that all required instruments and arrangements for the surgery would be handled by your team. However, despite these assurances, the necessary surgical instruments were not arranged, which caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and delay at the hospital. Additionally, a care buddy was assigned to assist us, but shockingly, the care buddy left us at the end without any information or support. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when patients and their families are already under stress due to a medical procedure. We trusted Pristyn Care based on your promises of end-to-end support, but this experience has been very disappointing and has seriously affected our confidence in your services. I request a proper explanation for this mismanagement and expect corrective action so that no other patient has to go through such an experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the extremely unprofessional behavior of your staff. Repeated attempts to contact your company representatives were unsuccessful, as calls were not being received or returned. Even more concerning, one of your representatives spoke to us in a threatening manner, which is completely unacceptable and inappropriate, especially in a medical-related situation. Such behavior has caused mental distress to us and reflects very poorly on Pristyn Care’s service standard I would recommend to hospitals please don't tie up with this health care company and Patients to don't go through with Prysting Care .
