At the time of discussion they mentioned you haven't got to pay anything and at the time of discharge a big bill will come to you and the Pristyn person will say that without paying you won't get discharged. He said that it's obvious that other charges will be there. No transparency, not recommended. You will have to pay from your pocket, don't believe their talk of '' You won't have to pay anything''.
I went to this hospital - unexpectedly, I was quoted 20,000 through insurance for a nail surgery costing 10,000 rupees and was asked for my policy document or ID proof, or I claimed 58,000 rupees, or received a claim approval of 38,000 rupees - which I directly told the insurance company and got the pre-approval cancelled. Beware of such dangerous people. In this, we and the insurance company also suffer losses. (Translated by Google) I went to this hospital - unexpectedly, I was quoted 20,000 rupees through insurance for a nail surgery costing 10,000 rupees and was asked for my policy document or ID proof, or I claimed 58,000 rupees, or received a claim approval of 38,000 rupees - which I directly told the insurance company and got the pre-approval cancelled. I had the most horrible experience with this team. They called repeatedly to check on me till the payment. After that no one received my calls and nobody bothered for a follow up. If you ever book through Prystine care they will straight up tell you surgery and ask if you have insurance. And if you do then sky is the limit for them. If I could give them negetive stars I would. I was asked to reach the hospital at 9:30am whereas their so called "care co-odinator" reached at 10:30am. The nurses were clueless what is to be done. The room of the hospital had stains on the walls and the ac was not functioning. I had specifically asked for the room pics before hand and still put in bad room. After the so called care co-odinator arrived did the iv line and tests start. If you have a piles/haemorrhoids problem visit a doctor directly at a hospital but DON'T EVER GO THROUGH PRYSTINE CARE. I got the surgery done without any second consultation but now I am not sure if the decision was right. Please always take second opinion.
