There was a complete lack of coordination between Preystine and Balaji Hospital. I was instructed to be at the hospital by 12:30 PM, but the doctor arrived only at 2:30 PM. Despite being a patient, the hospital staff showed no concern regarding the delay, and their overall behaviour was not up to the mark. Additionally, the patient’s husband was asked to handle discharge clearance and signatures from the medical department—tasks that should be the hospital’s responsibility. When questioned, the receptionist, named Harsh, responded rudely and said, ‘You are living in the wrong world.’ I have always believed that Preystine’s motto is to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and that all formalities are handled seamlessly by both the hospital and Preystine. Unfortunately, both failed to deliver on this occasion. The hospital charges were also exorbitant. When I raised this with the Preystine representative, Sakshi, I was met with unprofessional and rude behaviour, including the statement, ‘You don’t know how the hospital works.’ When I mentioned that I would be filing a complaint, she immediately disconnected the call instead of providing any explanation or clarification. patient in need should never have to go through such an unpleasant experience. In this case, both Preystine and Balaji Hospital are responsible for the poor service provided. Overall, it was a very disappointing and distressing experience. My earlier recommendations to others were based on the helpful behaviour of the Preystine personnel Tomar who understood my concerns at the time of delivery and raised complaint.
