I already discussed with pristyn care that I will not pay any rupees if insurance claim rejected. They said ohk & I admitted my mother for ear surgery in terna hospital (Nerul). Today discharge should happen but now they are saying your insurance company deducted amount that you have to pay. Why I choose pristyn care for surgery because they can settle claim related issue. Otherwise I had many options with my insurance.
