We had a disappointing experience with Dr. Vicky Jain regarding my son’s gynecomastia surgery. We were not satisfied with the results, and we also felt the post-surgery support and communication were not adequate for our concerns. During follow-ups, the interactions came across as dismissive and rude to us, especially as patients referred through Pristyn Care. From our experience, the consultations felt more commercially focused than patient-focused.
It was a great experience from Pristyn Care. Riya Gupta had co-ordinated very well and she was very kind and generous.
I recently had my surgery done by Dr. Sagar Pramod Daiv, and my experience was really great. From the first consultation, he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident. The surgery went smoothly, and his post-operative care was very supportive. He was always approachable for any doubts, which helped me stay relaxed during recovery. I’m really happy with the results and truly grateful for his skill and care.
