Money Minter seems focused only on maximizing the bill amount. Even with cashless insurance, they ensure customers incur out‑of‑pocket expenses by adding exorbitant non‑medical charges. This practice defeats the purpose of cashless coverage. In my experience, it’s better to avoid them.

My experience with Pristine care was so good, as my mother was having major operation. And Ms Rakhi from pristine care have given very good service right from pick up cab till operation done at ONP hospital pune. Thank you Rakhi and pristine care.

Very rude behaviour of Pristine representative at hospital Mr. Yug and overall very poor response rate from Pristine. Waited 15 days and still counting for the final bill.
