Writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience regarding my father's recent surgery. We traveled from Kolhapur to Pune for the procedure, only to be met with complete administrative negligence and poor patient care. Our surgery was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and as instructed, my father began fasting in the morning. However, the surgery did not commence until 3:30 PM, leaving my father fasting unnecessarily for hours. Furthermore, post-surgery care was inadequate; he was not given water until 7:00 PM. The discharge process was equally frustrating. We were forced to wait until 9:30 PM just to get a dressing done because no doctor was available on-site. It feels as though this hospital prioritizes financial gain over patient well-being, with a lack of permanent, dedicated staff to handle post-operative needs. To make matters worse, despite opting for a cashless claim that has already been settled and credited to the hospital, the mandate has not been removed till today dates it's been month now, and we have received no updates. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility for surgery to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and care for both patients and their families is unacceptable.

I visited an eye hospital through an appointment booked by Pristyn Care for an issue related to redness in the white part of my eyes. The doctor examined my eyes thoroughly and, instead of only prescribing medicines, explained the issue clearly and suggested proper precautions as well. I really appreciated this approach and felt very satisfied with the consultation. Thanks to Pristyn Care and special thanks to Abhishek for scheduling my appointment smoothly.
