They collect the consultation fee before the procedure. I initially visited for an earwax issue and had already been using the prescribed ear drops. During my first visit, the doctor said the drops were not sufficient and advised me to continue using them for another week. After following the advice, I visited again yesterday. I was charged the consultation fee once more, but was told that the earwax had still not softened enough and was asked to return again next week for a third visit. I found the repeated consultations frustrating, so I sought a second opinion from another doctor on the same day. The second doctor was able to remove the earwax completely within a few minutes. I feel that charging the full consultation fee in advance for a 2-minute examination on each visit is unfair, especially when no treatment was provided and the issue remained unresolved.

Amazing service overall! The doctor is incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout.
