The surgery went well , but I paid 40000 after my surgery though it was promised to do it without any charges apart from Insurance . It was really frustrating experience and lack of communication between Insurance, Pristyn and Hospital. The surgery which would cost max 70000 , hospital charged me 1.6 lac. They will hype the hospital bills to get their commissions. Regarding the doctors, they are professional and well experienced. 5 stars for the doctors *****

Sharing our experience. They have taken care starting from selecting perfect doctor for consultation, helped to choose hospital for sergey and takes care for each and every aspect of surgery from day 1. Provided pick and drop facility as well. The most critical thing is that they have taken care of all the paper work of insurance and finally helped us to get the sanction from the insurance company. The amount which was promised on day 1 is remain unchanged and to stick up to there own word they have tackled to communication which would be hurdle if insurer with his own tried to get sanctioned from his policy company. We again thanks to Pristyn team for playing vital and important role for us.
