I had scheduled a surgery through pristyn care. It was the worst experience of my life. They were not at all helpful. They didn't care about helping me as a patient. All they cared about was making money. Wouldn't ever recommend this to anyone. Please please be aware of this scammers. I had done a ganglionic cyst excision. The ganglion also never went off after the surgery. I think they just took me to the operating room and did nothing. And faked that the surgery will get cleared in the mediclaim. Which it didn't. And there itself I was forced to pay a bill of 35000 rupees which is ridiculous. They charged us first 85000 where most of the things mentioned in the bill were just fake. If you care about your money and mental health never ever go to these people.
