Dear Mayank, Hrithik, and ONP Hospital Management, I am writing this to formally record the ongoing harassment and financial fraud regarding my discharge from ONP Hospital. I was charged INR 30,000 out-of-pocket from my side for an early discharge. Simultaneously, my insurance provider has already settled and paid the full hospital and treatment amount to Pristyn Care. This constitutes a clear case of double billing and unauthorized retention of funds. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, both Mayank and Hrithik have completely ignored my calls and text messages. Consider this a final demand to immediately initiate the refund of INR 30,000 to my bank account within the next 24 hours. If this matter is not resolved and the funds are not credited by tomorrow, I will be forced to escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline, file a formal police complaint for financial fraud, and take legal action against Pristyn Care and ONP Hospital management for deficiency of service.

I got operated 8 months back by Dr Shashank shah and Dr Sushil kharat sir at centre of excellence LOC. I had severe sleep apnea and was on Cpap machine. Post surgery I'm off Cpap machine and my sleep quality has improved. I also had day time sleepiness which has reduced completely and my work efficiency has improved. I was having weight 147kg few months back. Also i was having diabetes since 5 years and was on insulin since few months. I visited LOC hospital pune. Later i underwent laparoscopic sleeve jejunal bypass this surgery was performed by Dr Shashank Shah and Dr Sushil Kharat. I was off insulin and diabetic medication from 2nd day of surgery. My husband got operated 8 days back at LOC by Dr Shashank shah and Dr sushil kharat sir. I would like to thank them for the best treatment given to me I was suffering from fistula from 15 years and was on a colonostomy bag for 1 and a half year. During my drainage of multiple fistula into Ano abscess my HPE suggested tuberculosis. The treatment here given for both of my problems was perfect and the result is I am fit and fine in just 8 days after my surgery and I am very thankful for the staff and the doctors for the best treatment provided in such a less time.

I was having heavy bleeding with clots in it for continue 15 to 20 days since 2 years. Took regular medication but they didn't work. After I visited hospital Laparo obeso centre and met Dr Shashank Shah he took the best decision for surgery. I underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy with salpingo oophorectomy.
