Pristyn Care is a BIG fraud. Initially they will arrange cabs and provide Discounted consultation at hospital. However, once the surgery payment is completed, they avoid your calls. They also do not return the refund after adjusting the insurance amount. Their executives are trained to scam the customers.

With the help & proper guidance of Ms Harsha pendharkar, Pristyn Care I have had successful Cataract Surgery at Dr. Kavita Kasav's Hospital at Hadapsar Pune. I had been depressed for a long time due to my health issue. I used to just read online and get scared, never gathering the courage to go ahead. One day I registered on Pristyn Care, and that’s when I received a call from Ms. Neha Madam. From that moment, she patiently explained everything about the problem and gave me the mental strength I needed. She truly made me feel ready for the treatment. She arranged my appointment at Sahyadri Hospital Pune, took care of all the arrangements including pick & drop, private room, and even connected me with the best surgeon. I underwent circumcision under Dr. Parag Nawalkar, who is an excellent surgeon — my surgery was completed smoothly within just 10 minutes. At the hospital, their coordinator Mr. Rohan Kamble was also very supportive and ensured everything went well. Overall, I can say that my entire journey with Pristyn Care was very smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Neha Madam for her continuous guidance and mental support — without her this wouldn’t have been possible. I safely reached home the same day by evening. I’m updating my review after a very disappointing and painful experience. While the hospital staff is polite and supportive, I strongly advise you not to consult Dr. Milind Joshi if you’re going through Pristyn Care. Please don’t get influenced just because a doctor speaks nicely or behaves politely. This is not about their tone—it’s about your health. Some doctors are only focused on doing surgeries to earn money, even if they lack proper experience or don’t care for the patient’s long-term well-being. I had a pilonidal sinus surgery costing ₹45,000, and I followed all post-surgery instructions strictly—took medicines, did proper dressing, even paid for home cleaning services. But my UCG report still shows the same issue. Clearly, the surgery wasn’t successful. And what’s worse? Dr. Joshi is not even responding to my follow-ups. I visited his clinic five times and only met him twice. This is not how a professional doctor should behave. As a micro-influencer, I feel it’s my duty to share this genuine and honest review to warn others. Don’t blindly trust anyone with your health. Choose a doctor who is experienced, responsible, and available when you need them. Your health is not a business. Please be careful.

Mr. Shubham M J worst co ordinator and after the surgery he will not pick your call. He was initially told me only pay 1500 after that from my account directly debit 14k it's scam. I have went with reimbursement and humble request you ppl don't go any treatment bcz after the surgery they will bill 1:3 be careful. Very worst experience with Shubham M J and he was not picking my call from last 5 days and even dropped mail no use and no one responded. Third class services

Worst experience with Shubham M J and only money Pristyn care want and I request everyone please don't go any treatment. Fraud services and after the surgery you have to pay double payment insurance+extra payment. It's purely scam. After the surgery no one will help or call will not receive. Specially Shubham M J waste and worst behaviour no sense.
