I had a good experience with Pristyne. One Mr. Stefin from Pristyne advised me on pain management when I could not get through to others in the Pristyne system. I think follow up related advise and overall post surgery expectations (changes expected in the surgical wound site, wound management, usual side effects/ complications) could be given more clearly by Dr. Anand. Furthermore precise place to go for follow up and some phone call based follow up could help the patient. I did not know post initial meeting, how the follow up meeting was to be set up. All of this would help with patient education and awareness, and make working with Pristyne smoother. I am fine now, and I am thankful to Dr. Anand and Pristyne. The overall outcome via Pristyne was very satisfactory though. I like the relative affordability I got through Pristyne.
