The hospital was awesome ?? , the staff was caring and the cordinator was fabulous . The doctor was excellent. I did my lipoma surgery there and experience was fantastic ? . The room was A1 . Overall all was very good ??

Extremely horrible services , they just treat a patient as there client, once the deal is done, they will stop picking your calls...! And messages In starting they will offer you everything mam we will offer cab both side , mam you don't need to pay anything And after the whole process is over mam this need to be done by you only and then no calls answered or help line works... Never going to recommend them to anyone horrible services, doesn't care for the patient In human people!! If I could give rating in negative I would have...!!

My name Akash. I contacted Pristyn Care to have a foot corn removed. Their care coordinator assured me that the treatment would cost a maximum of 25,000 rupees. However, when I received the bill, it was for 95,000 rupees. I urge everyone not to get any treatment done through Pristyn Care.

These people are all fraudsters. I had a minor surgery at Apollo Hospital, Sector 26, Noida, on January 19, 2026, through Pristyn Care. The Pristyn Care coordinator told me it would be a cashless treatment and I wouldn't have to pay anything. However, they later generated a total bill of ₹44,000, including ₹8,000 for consumable items, creating a fraudulent bill in collusion with the hospital, and forced me to pay. They said the amount would be refunded later, but nothing happened. I urge everyone not to fall into their trap; they say one thing and the result is completely different.

I write a review from my another account so thay provided me a number with reply and guess what the number is not even reachable I will definitely make sure to post this on LinkedIn as well also at the tweeter. This is not joke we are doing here if you're responsible for all your clients problem then accept it don't run from it

Worst ever experience people are so lazy to inform that the dr is not available. And when we're calling to check they will say your fault you didn't call us so that is our job to call them and check. Second the customer service is very bad there is one girl khushboo in a team such a useless employee she is I asked for a urgent basis i told her my problem but she didn't replied for 2 days when I called her ma'am I checked but the dr was not available who the hell will inform me that dr is not available. Third if the dr is not available for the date you can aware people on your official page dr is not available but on the page we can book the appointment and the number provided by the owner in the reply of my review is not even reachable man

Worst people work in pristyn care (vaishali) n I wanna mention specific name of their employee i.e Anshika Tripathi..she is ruthless,liar girl I have ever seen in my life..she trapped us in his backwas policy ..she promised me initially for everything regarding insurance n later on I had paid for everything from my pocket ...she backed out in d end moment..I want to say that she doesn't have right to do this to anyone... please fire her from your company ?

Initially they promised to provide cashless option with your insurance. Once we get admitted then they asked to sign Loan Documents from CredFair company otherwise no discharge for us. We payed loan in 2022 but today also they contact us asking proofs. Proofs shared 100 times that keep them calm for a month and then next month again someone message us. Fraud 3rd class people.
